Strengthening Viet Nam-Lao Cooperation

General Secretary and President of Laos Thongloun Sisoulith met with the Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Nguyen Van Nen during a state visit to Viet Nam. They discussed the city’s commitment to implementing high-level agreements between Vietnam and Laos.

The discussion also focused on enhancing trade, tourism, investment, agriculture, human resource training, and cultural exchange cooperation. During the meeting, the two leaders expressed gratitude for their significant contributions to the relationship between the two countries.
