Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing visited the People's Republic of China from November 5th to 10th, 2024, where he participated in the 8th Greater Mekong Subregion Summit, the 10th Ayeyarwady-Chao Phraya-Mekong Economic Cooperation Strategy (ACMECS) Summit, and the 11th Cambodia-Laos-Myanmar-Vietnam (CLMV) Summit.
At these events, he worked diligently to promote Myanmar's political, economic, social, and educational development across multiple sectors and successfully served as the rotating chairman for the ACMECS. He also held discussions with prime ministers from China, Cambodia, the Lao People's Democratic Republic, and Thailand, aiming to achieve positive outcomes for Myanmar.Following his efforts for the comprehensive development of Myanmar, organizations including the Myanmar-China Friendship Association, associations of the Myanmar Citizens of Chinese Origin, the Interfaith Friendship Organization (Central), the Central Committee for Ethnic Unity and Cooperation, the Myanmar Evangelical Christian Alliance, the Lower Myanmar Methodist Church, the Myanmar Hindu Central Council, the Central Tamil Hindu Foundation of Myanmar, and the All Myanmar Islamic Religious Organization expressed their appreciation and issued statements honoring his achievements.
