




Russian state TV released footage Saturday of an office issuing Russian passports. The building is situated in the Donetsk region of Ukraine.
According to the Russian state TV channel RTR, more than a hundred people have obtained a passport on the first day of the office's operation.
The report said that the whole procedure takes ten minutes and it includes fingerprinting, and pronouncing an oath of abiding by the Russian constitution. Additional offices are to open in other cities and towns, according to the report.
