In their response, the union ministers and deputy ministers stressed plans to expand railway services and provide necessary infrastructures for education and health sectors, the need to practice mechanized farming, conserve forest and cooperate on population list collection and security measures.

And, the Senior General said that the governmental employees have to work in accordance with the rules that civil servants must follow in the Constitution and must be loyal to departments, colleagues and to the country. Democracy means that administration is carried out in accordance with the rules and regulations of the law and with consensus.

Peace talks with the ethnic armed organizations are being carried out at a fast pace, and the results of the talks have been positive for the state. If the food supply is fully developed in the country, the country will develop. Therefore, there is a need to prevent activities that will destroy the stability and peace of the country.

In order to build long-term peace for the benefit of all ethnic people, the 2 basic things to be done are the 2008 Constitution and the Nationwide Ceasefire Agreement. Any ethnic armed organization that wants peace is invited to peace talks. All need to act in accordance with the law in the path to democracy.

If education is weak, awareness and ideas will also be weak and will weaken the development of individuals and the region. Stakeholders need to find ways to carry out agricultural activities successfully and productively.

The state will help with what is needed for livestock farming. Regarding border trade, all need to take strict action to ensure that there are no illegal trade routes, the Senior General added.

And, he provided foodstuffs for the Rakhine State Government and the state-level governmental employees. After the meeting, the Senior General inspected conditions which will be done along the ShuKhinTha Road for the public to take relaxation and gave necessary instructions.
