Sri Lanka, Indian Navy hold yoga session

Sri Lanka Navy personnel participated in a Yoga session at Colombo Port alongside the crew of Indian Naval Ship Kuthar, which is on a three-day visit.

During the visit, the ship handed over a refilled fire-fighting system cylinder for Sri Lanka Coast Guard Ship Suraksha. India had earlier provided spare parts and similar assistance in 2021, 2022 and 2024. The visit includes professional interactions, joint exercises, and sporting events, reinforcing India’s ‘Neighbourhood First’ policy and maritime security cooperation under the SAGAR vision.
