Sports Sector :Union Minster enjoys competitions in Nay Pyi Taw

Union Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs U Min Thein Zan accompanied by Deputy Minister U Myo Hlaing and concerned officials enjoyed the 2023-2024 Academic Year Inter-university sports competitions of the Ministry of Education and 2024 Region/State Judo Competition at the Wunna Theikdhi Sports Complex in Nay Pyi Taw on Thursday morning.

First, the Union Minister watched the Inter-university Sepak Takraw Competition at Lethwei Stadium, Volleyball competition at Wunna Theikdhi Stadium (C) and table tennis competition at Wunna Theikdhi Stadium (B). Then, the Union Minister enjoyed the 2024 Region/State Judo Competition (Men/Women) at Wunna Theikdhi Stadium (A). 

It's reported that the 2023-2024 academic year Inter-university sports competitions of the Ministry of Education is being held with 5 categories from 9th to 18th of January and the 2024 Region/State Judo Competition from 8th to 12th of January in Nay Pyi Taw.
