Sports Sector: MOSYA Deputy Minister tours in Yangon

Hailing the International Olympic Day, Myanmar Rowing Federation organized a competition at its training camp in Yangon on Saturday.

Vice Chairman of the Myanmar Olympic Committee Deputy Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs U Htein Lin encouraged the competition teams for Canoe/Cayak, international and traditional boat races. Prizes were presented to the winning teams.

The Deputy Minister and party later proceeded to Myanmar Equestrian Federation in Dagon Myothit (North) Township and urged all to strive for winning medals in the upcoming 33rd SEA Games. They then visited the National Indoor Stadium (1), Thuwunna and met with the Chairman and officials from the Myanmar Penkat Silat Federation to discuss the training process and selecting athletes for the upcoming SEA Games.

After that, the Deputy Minister and party enjoyed the matches of 2025 Region and State Taekwondo Competition.
