Sports Facilities: MOSYA Inspected Football Grounds And Stadiums

Union Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs U Min Thein Zan and party inspected sport facilities in Bagon Region on Wednesday.

The facilities included football stadium and bleachers, sports and football grounds of Pyay Township and District. The Union Minister pledged to build the bleacher, and inter fencing at Pyay District football ground, and urged officials to carry out maintenance works for long term existence of the sports facilities.

He also met with the staff from the township and district departments and gave instructions to serve their tasks dutifully through cooperation and coordination. They later proceeded to ShweTaung Township and inspected the township sports ground, stadium football ground and bleachers.

The Union Minister instructed officials to make systematic maintenance for the sports gears. Along the way to Yangon, the Union Minister and party inspected the sports ground in Taikkyi and Hmawby Townships. The Union Minister pledged to build pedestrian lanes for convenience of the public, renovate the brick walls and urged officials for long term maintenance of the facilities.
