Sport Sector: U-25 Volleyball Competition for Chief Minister Trophy

Shan State Chief Minister U Aung Zaw Aye attended the opening of the U-25 volleyball competition for the Chief Minister Trophy on Friday in Taunggyi Township participated by the self-administered zone/district and districts men and women athletes.

There, in his address, the Chief Minister said that the athletes from this competition will be selected to represent the Shan State for the State/Region men and women volleyball competition Taunggyi Township will host in October and November.

And, the Chief Minister and officials greeted the athletes and presented cash awards. In the first match, Taunggyi Team beat the Loilem Team. It’s reported that participated by 8 men teams and 10 women teams, this U-25 volleyball competition for the Chief Minister Trophy is set till the 27th of September.
