Sport Sector: SAC members enjoy U-18 women’s football tournament

In commemoration of the 75th Diamond Jubilee Independence Day in 2023, the invitational states and regions U-18 women’s football tournament for the State Administration Council Chairman’s Trophy continued on Sunday for the third place.

Members of the State Administration Council General Mya Tun Oo, Jeng Phan NawTaung and Dr. Banya Aung Moe as well as many other officials and football enthusiasts watched and enjoyed the match at the Wunna Theikdi football stadium. There, the Ayeyawaddy Region Team beat the Kachin State Team 5-Nil and took the third place.

It’s reported that for the final match of the invitational states and regions U-18 women’s football tournament for the State Administration Council Chairman’s Trophy, the Shan State Team will play against the Mandalay Region Team on Monday at 3 p.m.
