Special Refresher Course: Chairman of UCSB gave an opening remark

Chairman of Union Civil Service Board U Aung Thaw gave a remark at the opening ceremony of Basic Education Teachers’ Special Refresher Course No (76) held at Yadana Hall of the Civil Service Academy (Upper Myanmar) on 22nd July.

In his remark, Chairman of Civil Service Board called for the teachers to nurture the youth to be the ones who have the active and sharp patriotic spirit, sense of reasoning, blessed with five strengths and cooperate with the sense of obligation based on the volition, passion and dedication.

The training will take for 5 weeks and a total of 389 trainees will be attended.The Chairman of Civil Service Board U Aung Thaw and party also attended the opening ceremony of the administrative capacity enhancement training No (8) held at Padamya Hall.

At the ceremony, Civil Service Board Chairman elaborated the purposes of opening training and gave necessary suggestions. The training is being attended by 223 trainees from the General Administration Department, it’s learnt.
