Special Postage Stamp: Commemoration of 44thInternational Year of the Child

To commemorate the 44thInternational Year of the Child in the year of 2023, the Myanmar Post Office under the Ministry of Transport and Communications will issue a new post stamp worth 200 kyats on 1st December.

The new post stamp’s designed is based on the design created by Artist Sayargyi U Khin which was issued in 1979 for the 1stInternational Year of the Child.

Thisnew special post stamp will be available at the Nay Pyi Taw Central Post Office, Yangon Post Office, Mandalay Post Office and other post offices in regions and states. As a special program, the postage stamp purchased on 1st December at the Nay Pyi TawCentral Post Office and Yangon and Mandalay Post offices will have the embossed date marking.
