Special appeal tribunal: Special criminal & civil appeal cases given judgment

The special appeal tribunal comprising Union Chief Justice U Tha Htay and the Union Supreme Court Judges Daw Khin May Yi, U Thaung Naing, Daw Thin Thin Nwe and Daw Pyone Pyone Aye gave judgment on a total of 7 special criminal appeal cases and 6 special civil appeal cases at the office (1) of the Union Supreme Court at 9:30 AM on 18th December, 2023. Moreover, they also convened to hear the five special civil appeal cases, it’s learnt.
