Special appeal tribunal: Special criminal and civil cases judged and heard

The special appeal tribunal comprising of Union Chief Justice U Tha Htay and the Union Supreme Court Judges U Myo Tint, U Khin Maung Gyi, Daw Khin May Yi and U Thein Ko Ko passed judgments on a total of 4 special appeal cases including one special criminal appeal case and 3 special civil appeal cases at the office (1) of the Union Supreme Court at 9:30 AM on March 3, 2025. Moreover, they also heard the four special criminal appeal cases, it’s learnt.
