The special appeal tribunal comprising of Union Chief Justice U Tha Htay and the Union Supreme Court Judges U Myo Tint, Daw Thin Thin Nwet, Daw Pyone Pyone Aye, Dr. Ko Ko Naing passed judgments on a total of 6 special civil appeal cases at the office (1) of the Union Supreme Court in Nay Pyi Taw at 9:30 AM on 17th February, 2025. Moreover, they also heard the one special criminal appeal case and 3 special civil appeal cases, it’s learnt.
