The special appeal tribunal comprising of Union Chief Justice U Tha Htay and the Union Supreme Court Judges U Khin Maung Gyi, Daw Khin May Yi, Daw Pyone Pyone Aye, Dr. Ko Ko Naing passed judgments on a total of 9 special appeal cases including 7 special criminal appeal cases and 2 special civil appeal cases at the office (1) of the Union Supreme Court at 9:30 AM on 9thSeptember, 2024.Moreover, they also heard the 6 special civil appeal cases, it’s learnt.
