The special appeal tribunal comprising of Union Chief Justice U Tha Htay and the Union Supreme Court Judges U Myo Tint, U Myo Maung, Daw Pyone Pyone Aye, Dr. Ko Ko Naing passed judgments on a total of 5 special civil appeal cases at the office (1) of the Union Supreme Court at 9:30 AM on 23rd December, 2024.Moreover, they also heard the one special criminal case and 3 special civil appeal cases, it’s learnt.
