Special appeal tribunal: 5 special civil appeal cases given judgment

The special appeal tribunal comprising Union Chief Justice U Tha Htay and the Union Supreme Court Judges U Tin Hon, Daw Khin May Yi, U Thein Ko Ko and Daw Thin Thin Nwe gave judgment on a total of 5 special civil appeal cases at the office (1) of the Union Supreme Court at 9:30 AM on 4th December, 2023.

Moreover, they also convened to hear the seven special civil appeal cases, it’s learnt.
