Special appeal tribunal: 4 special civil appeal cases heard and one dismissed

The special appeal tribunal comprising Union Chief Justice U Thar Htay and the Union Supreme Court Judges U Kyi Thein, U Tin Hon, U Thaung Naung and U Thein Ko Kowas convened at the office (1) of the Union Supreme Court, Nay Pyi Taw at 9:30 AM on 14th August, 2023 in accordance with the COVID-19 health rules.

The special appeal tribunal heard the four special civil cases and one special civil appeal case was dismissed, it’s learnt.
