SpaceX launched its Falcon 9 rocket from Cape Canaveral in the US state of Florida late on Wednesday carrying onboard a telecommunications satellite.
The Hotbird 13G satellite will help French-based company Eutelsat deliver broadcasting systems to Europe, North Africa and the Middle East. It will enter into orbit and join Hotbird 13F which left Earth in October.
