A South Korean airport was shut down for three hours after North Korea launched balloons for the second straight day on Wednesday. Takeoffs and landings of both domestic and international flights at Incheon International Airport were delayed from 1:46 a.m. to 4:44 a.m. local time, according to the airport officials.

Earlier, the military in Seoul said Pyongyang sent more than 250 trash-carrying balloons toward South Korea overnight, the sixth such launch since last month. According to South Korean media, over 2,000 trash-carrying balloons have been sent to South Korea since 28th May.
