Social welfare efforts: MoSWRR Union Minister inspected social welfare works

The Union Minister for Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement Dr. Soe Win and Ayeyawady Region Chief Minister U Tin Maung Win observed the land plot on which Kan Gyi Daunt pre-school will be constructed in Ta Gone Gyi of Kan Gyi Daunt Town, Pathein Townbship in the morning on 13th September and gave guidance to construct a building with the design which will be suitable for the children.

Next, the Union Minister inspected the Construction of 800 feet long Bored Pile based gravel filled retaining wall to protect sinking river bank in Nyaungdone Township with the National Natural Disaster Management Fund and the Union Minister gave instruction to spend the fund in effective and productive way, to complete withing time schedule of work project and meet the quality specifications.

Later, the Union Minister inspected Girls’ Training School (Htaukkyant) in Mingalardon Township of Yangon Region the school principal clarified the status of accepting girls and the head officer of district office explained the implementation of social welfare works in the district.

Afterward, the Union Minister viewed the students who are studying the outside school education curriculum and vocational skills training.
