Small tornado forms in Bolivian city of El Alto

A small tornado rose in the Bolivian city El Alto on Tuesday, carrying dust.It is the first reported in the area since 2019, according to the head of the Bolivian Service of Meteorology.

The Bolivian Service of Meteorology has not released an official note of the observation.The rope tornado, the smallest of the twisters, took place while a thunderstorm also battered parts of el alto and the neighboring capital La Paz.
