





The Closing Ceremonies of the Certificate Course in Basic Diplomatic Skills (45/2024) and the Course for Junior Staff on Basic Office Skills (2/2024), conducted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, were held respectively in Nay Pyi Taw and Yangon on Friday.
Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs U Than Swe delivered the closing remark in Nay Pyi Taw. The Certificate Course in Basic Diplomatic Skills (45/2024) was conducted in two sessions in Nay Pyi Taw and Yangon respectively from 15thJanuary to 5thApril.
It was attended by a total of 199 trainees, including civil servants and individuals from the private sector who are interested in international relations and diplomacy. The twelve-week-long course covered subjects related to diplomacy, international relations, economics and general knowledge.
The Course for Junior Staff on Basic Office Skills (2/2024) was conducted at the Ministry (Nay Pyi Taw) from 6thMarch to 5thApril, and was attended by 20 newly appointed junior division clerks. The four-week-long course covered functions of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, basic office skills and computer skills development.
