Skill Enhancement Training Course: MSWRR conducts 3-day course for capacity building

The Ministry of Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement is conducting the skill enhancement training course, in cooperation with M-Gallery Hotel (Nay Pyi Taw).

The opening ceremony of Batch-2 of the training was held on Thursday, with the presence of the Union Minister Dr. Soe Win. Speaking on the occasion, the Union Minister stressed that the skill enhancement training course of the staff is conducted to improve the catering and event organizing skill of the staff in organizing departmental ceremonies and meetings systematically and neatly.

At the same time, the domestic service training course is conducted for the cleaner staff to imporve their capacity in cleaning and greening tasks of the office buildings. As the actions of the individual staff reflect the capacity and image of their relevant departments and organizations, every departmental staff is encouraged to fulfill their duties in the respective role and position.

He also encouraged the trainees to focus during the training and apply the knowledge and experiences they have gained from training in their workplaces. A total of 35 trainees from the Ministry of Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement are attending the skill enhancement training course Batch-2, being conducted from 1st to 3rd February. The skill enhancement training course Batch-1 was conducted from 29th to 31st January with 36 trainees.
