Signing Ceremony: SAC member witness the MOU Signing in St. Petersburg

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing ceremony took place at the Lotte Hotel in St. Petersburg, Russia, on the morning of March 6th between Starbanner Company Limited of Myanmar and Tabiya Limited Liability Company of Russia. According to the terms of the Memorandum, Myanmar will export rice, while Russia will import natural fertilizers and pesticides.

This initiative follows the Myanmar – Russia Business Forum, held on March 5th in Moscow. Member of the State Administration Council General Nyo Saw and Union Minister for Investment and Foreign Economic Relations Dr. Kan Zaw, as well as the delegations from the Union of Myanmar Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry, and the Myanmar Fertilizer, Seed and Pesticide Entrepreneurs Association attended the ceremony.

U Maung  Maung Kyaw, Director of Starbanner Company and Mr. Morozov Ilya of the Tabiya Limited Liability Company  singed the MoU.
