Legendary midfielder Sergio Busquets has announced he will retire from football at the conclusion of the current MLS season with Inter Miami. The 37-year-old, celebrated as one of the greatest midfielders in history, leaves behind an extraordinary legacy.

Busquets spent 15 glittering years at Barcelona, making 722 appearances and winning 32 major trophies, including three Champions Leagues, nine La Liga titles, and the 2010 FIFA World Cup with Spain. After joining Inter Miami in 2023, reuniting with Lionel Messi and Jordi Alba, Busquets brought his signature class to MLS.
