Seizure of Happy Water: Over 8 Kilograms of Happy Water seized in Tachileik

Acting on tip-off, the combined team consisting of members of the Anti-Drug Police Force stopped and searched Sai Oo Maung with a bike at Wein Kyauk Ward, Tachileik Towship at 8:30 PM on March 31st and seized 2 kilos of psychoactive substance of Happy Water put in the plastic bags come up with the letters of COLLAGEN and 6.4 kilos of Happy Water in the plastic bags with the letters of Royal-D worth over 900 million Kyats.

According to the investigation, the psychoactive drugs were carried from Talay Town to Tachileik Township of Shan State (East) to sell the youth during the Myanmar traditional New Year Festival of Thingyan. The offender has been taken action under the law and the investigation is underway to reveal the chain of the offenders.
