Seizure of Drugs: Over 760 million kyats worth narcotic drugs in Naung Cho

1.29 million Stimulant tablets and 2.48 kilo of Happy water worth over 760 million kyats were seized in Naung Cho, according to Myanmar Police Force.

According to the information, a combined team together with members of Drug Enforcement Division searched a vehicle driven by Min Min near Oriental Tollgate on 28th February and captured over 1.2 million stimulant tablets and over 2.4 kilo Happy Water.

Following the investigation, they arrested Kyaw Thu Aung who has ordered to transport the drugs, together with a vehicle near ThaPhanKhine Village. They are planning to trade the drugs from Shan State (North) to Mandalay Region. Action will be taken against those and investigation is underway to reveal the chain of offender.
