Second Amendment Law: Myanmar Police ForceMaintenance ofDiscipline Law

The State Administration Council enacted the Second Amendment Law for Myanmar Police ForceMaintenance ofDiscipline Law on 11th February.

According to Section 419 of the Constitution, the law was enacted as State Administration Council Law No. 16/2024. The Amendment Law consists of 15 Sections, entailing the substitution of terminologies and phrases. The enactment of the Law was signed by Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, Chairman of the State Administration Council.
