School Visit: Meeting with teachers and students in Mandalay

Deputy Minister for Information U Ye Tint met with teachers and students from No. 18 Basic Education High School in Aung Myay Thazan Township in Mandalay on Friday. He urged the students to excel in their school lessons so that they can contribute to the nation's interests.

The Deputy Minister later presented books and periodicals for the school library, provided by the Ministry of Information, and sports gear provided by the Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs. Afterwards, the Deputy Minister inspected the school library and instructed the students to make use of it and cultivate a habit of reading.
