School Stipends: Assistance for students

The Ministry of Electric Power provided stationery and cash assistance for school uniforms for 2024-2025 academic year. The provisions were provided to the student offspring of the staff under the ministry in all across Regions and States.

Union Minister U Nyan Tun said the government is implementing for development of the education sector for achieving better foundation of basic education.

Since youths are the future leaders of the country, the Union Minister urged all to make cooperative efforts for promoting youth sector, while emphasizing the education promotion efforts as a national duty.

During the ceremony, cash assistance and stationery were provided to over 13,000 students of basic education schools and universities.
