






The ceremony on presenting the awards for the students who passed the matriculation exam in 2022-23 Academic Year and providing the school stipend and stationaries for 2023-24 Academic Year was held at the Ministry of Information in Nay Pyi Taw on 21st of June along with the attendance of the Union Minster U Maung Maung Ohn and wife.
First, the students performed the opening song with “Myanma School” and the documentary videos were shown. Then, the union minister said that the students are needed to well aware of education which is a core foundation to successfully overcome life challenges physically and mentally.
Education teaches life lessons so that the students could surely become the educated ones who can support the country’s prosperity and the people through learning and studying. He also shared the students about today’s young generations are the ones who are going to lead the country so that students need try to live with good disciplines following civic and ethic duties.
Next, union minister and wife provided school stipend and stationaries for 2023-24 Academic Year and representatives from Union Minister Office, MRTV and IPRD accepted. Likewise, the Deputy Minister’s wife handed over to the representatives the assistance of school stipend and stationaries for the personals’ children from Printing and Publishing Department, Media Development Department and News and Periodicals Enterprise.
Afterwards, the students who outstandingly passed the matriculation exam for 2022-23 AY were awarded the prizes individually. The ministry’s total cash assistance was amounted to over 58 million kyats, it’s reported.
