School Libraries Development: Reading Habit Promotion Festival in MyoThit Township

School Libraries Development and Reading Habit Promotion Festival was held at No.1 Basic Education High School in MyoThit Township of Magway Region on December 7th.

Chief Minister U Tint Lwin attended the ceremony and took part in the ceremonial ribbon cutting event together with the officials.

The Festival featured display of books, games activities, books stalls, photo gallery and departmental booths. Students also staged the entertainment programs to the attendees, along with the screening of a video clip commemorating the festival. A Literary Talks was also conducted by Author Myo Min Latt.

During the festival, winners of the commemorative competitions including impromptu talks, essay, poem reciting and storytelling.
