Santa Claus delivers toys to children in riverside communities in the Amazon

The Friends of Santa Claus volunteer group delivered toys by river to communities in the rural area of Careiro da Varzea, Amazonas state, Brazil. The initiative is expected to benefit about 900 kids. Since 1998, the Friends of Santa Claus volunteer group has been promoting Christmas for children in rural and riverside communities in the Amazon rainforest.
