SAC Notification: Date set for Patent Law to come into force

The State Administration Council issued the Notification 106/2024 on the 1st of June 2024.

The Notification states that the Patent Law enacted as the Pyidaungsu Hluttaw Law No. 7 in 2019 came into force on the 31st of May 2024 according to Sub-Section (b) of Section 1 of this law. The Notification was signed by Chairman of the State Administration Council Senior General Min Aung Hlaing.
