SAC Law No.44/2022: Law Amending the Union Government Law enacted

The State Administration Council enacted the Law No.44/2022 of the Council on September 22nd. According to the Section 419 of the Constitution, the council enacted the law and it shall name as the Law Amending the Union Government Law.

The Section-6(b) of the Union Government Law will be substituted with “The Permanent Secretary/ Director General of the Office of the Union Government shall be the ex-officio secretary of the Union Government.” The Law was signed by Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, Chairman of the State Administration Council.
