SAC Law No.15/2023: SAC issued Political Parties Registration Law

The State Administrative Council issued the Political Parties Registration Law on Thursday. The Council Chairman signed the law as the State Administrative Council Law No.15/2023 according to Section 419 of the Constitution.

The law was issued for the formation of the political parties which have the objectives of non-disintegration of the union, non-disintegration of national solidarity and perpetuation of sovereignty, have respect to the gratitude of the state and accept and practice the genuine discipline multi-party democracy system. The law included five chapters with 27 sections. The full text of the law will be published in the daily newspapers.
