SAC Law No. 53/2024: Amendments to Myanmar National Aviation Law

The State Administration Council (SAC) enacted the Law Amending the Myanmar National Aviation Law on Thursday. Formalized as SAC Law No. 53/2024, it was enacted under Section 419 of the Constitution.

The amendments involve the replacement of terminologies, phrases, and sections, as well as the cancellation of certain sections. The order was signed by Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, Chairman of the State Administration Council.
