SAC Law No. 53/2023: Law withdraws Freshwater Fisheries Law

The State Administration Council of Republic of the Union of Myanmar promulgated SAC Law No. 53/2023 on the Law withdrawing the Freshwater Fisheries Law in accordance with section 419 of the State Constitution on 27th July 2023.

The Freshwater Fisheries Law (The State Law and Order Restoration Council Law No.1/91) is annulled with this law. The order was signed by the SAC Chairman Senior General Min Aung Hlaing.
