SAC issues Orders: Retirement and Appointment Orders

State Administration Council issued Order No.9/2024 on Wednesday. According to Section 419 of the Constitution, the council permitted the retirement of U Thein Soe, Chairman of the Union Election Commission due to health condition.

The Council also issued an Order No.(10/2024) regarding the appointment of U Ko Ko as the Chairman of Union Election Commission. Likewise, according to Order No.(11/2024), U Aung Aung was appointed as the Chief Minister of Shan State in substitution of U Aung Zaw Aye, undertaking the duty of the Chief Minister of Shan State.

The Council also permitted the retirement of U Than Win, member of the Union Civil Service BoardbyOrder No.12/2024. Moreover, the Council issued an Order No. (13/2024), concerning the appointment of U Kyaw Myo Htut as a member of Union Civil Service Board. Similarly, the council appointed U Myo Hlaing as Union Election Commission member by Order No.14/2024 and U Htein Lin as Deputy Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs by Order (15/2024).

And by the Order No.(16/2024), the council permitted Dr. Kyaw Tun, to retire from a duty of member of the Central Advisory Board of the State Administration Council. The order were signed by the secretary of the State Administration Council Lt-Gen. Aung Lin Dwe.
