SAC Announcement: Arms, Ammunition & Related Materials To Be Handed Over

Information Team of the State Administration Council (SAC) issued an announcement. The announcement states that illegal arms and ammunition, mines, communication devices and related accessories of NUG, CRPH and subordinate PDF declared as terrorist groups in committing terror acts with the use of these items were seized.

Likewise, arms and ammunition, mines, communication devices and related equipment sent by some ethnic armed groups from border regions to the inner areas for taking political and military profits are also confiscated on a daily basis. In addition, various arms and ammunition held by terrorists in various ways are also seized.

Moreover, as some terrorists ordered citizens to hand over their illegal arms and ammunition, mines, communication devices and related by taking advantages of citizens’ lack of understanding and honesty but these cases of handover were exposed and seized.

As such, all the citizens need to hand over illegal arms and ammunition, mines, communication devices and related materials in addition to the narcotic drugs to ward/village administration offices and nearby security forces not later than the 31st of December 2021. If these items can be found overdue, action will be taken against the possessors under the laws.
