Russian President in Hanoi on state visit

Russian President Vladimir Putin visits Viet Nam to meet with its new president, To Lam. According to the Kremlin, the visit aims to strengthen the relationship between Russia and Viet Nam, and further enhance cooperation in various areas. Putin’s official visit to Viet Nam follows a trip to North Korea where he met Leader Kim Jong Un in Pyongyang.
