Russian passports, driving licenses issued in Kherson

Russian state TV shared footage Sunday of people receiving Russian documents in Kherson. The video features Russian passports issuing office and people reading oath as they get Russian citizenship.
According to a TV report by the Russian channel RTR, holders of a Russian passport can obtain other documents too. They get an individual tax number and a driver's license.
On the new license plates, there is a region number 184 - which corresponds to the Russian-style marking of different regions across the country on car plates.
