Russia-Myanmar Relations VSG receives: Russian State Duma delegation

Vice Chairman of the State Administration Council Deputy Prime Minister Vice Senior General Soe Win received the Russian State Duma delegation led by Mr. Sholban Kara-Ool, Deputy Chairman of the State Duma, Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation at the SAC office in Nay Pyi Taw on Tuesday.

On the occasion, the two sides discussed rehabilitation tasks on cyclone Mocha, cooperation in tourism industry of Myanmar and Russia and promoting in this sector, operating of Myanmar-Russia airlines in regular, promoting Myanma railways sector, generating small-scale nuclear power generation in Myanmar, development of energy, investment, technology and human resources and Myanmar-Russia friendly relations and cooperation and exchanged commemorative gifts.

Also present at the call together with the Vice Senior General were Union Minister U Aung Thaw, Deputy Ministers, officials and Russian Ambassador to Myanmar Dr. Nikolay Listopadov
