Russia-Myanmar: 2nd Joint Anti-Terrorist Committee meeting in Moscow

2nd Russia-Myanmar Joint Anti-Terrorist Committee commenced its meeting in Moscow on Thursday.

Myanmar delegation was led by Lt-Gen KyawSwar Lin from the Commander-in-Chief (Army) Office while the Russian side was attended by Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Ground ForcesLieutenant General Matovnikov Alexander Anatolyevich and committee member senior military officers.

The two sides discussed matters on strengthening multilateral cooperation between the two armies and measures for rapid response to the terrorism. The meeting also discussed to foster strategic partnership between the two armies and development of cooperation.
