Russia military begins reconstruction in Mariupol

The Russian military has begun constructing residential apartments in Mariupol. The building work is overseen by the Russian military's construction company.

A representative gave a tour of a sample apartment, showing the facilities on offer to future residents and each unit would be equipped with kitchens, bathrooms and fixtures.
