Russia deputy defense minister speaks at Beijing forum

Russian deputy defense minister Anna Tsivilyova said that military cooperation between Russia and China is "being done in a strict compliance with international law" during a speech at Beijing's Xiangshan forum on Thursday. 

She denounced "hegemonic logic and acts of bullying". About 1,800 representatives from 100 countries, including political, military and academic leaders, are gathering in Beijing for the Xiangshan Forum.
