Russia: 27 prisoner swaps conducted with Ukraine

Russia's Deputy Defence Minister Alexander Fomin on Wednesday said that his country and Ukraine conducted 27 exchanges of captured soldiers and bodies of killed military personnel.During a briefing in Moscow, Fomin also told about the conditions of captured Ukrainian soldiers and expressed concerns over the treatment of captured Russian servicemen in Ukraine.
