Rural Development Works: DM inspected rural development works in Ayeyawady Region

Deputy Minister for Cooperatives and Rural Development U Myint Soe together with the officials attended the ceremony of handing over fund for the Village Development Project (VDP) and providing industrial equipment and tools for the outstanding trainees in the basic sewing training course opened for the creating small scale industries and boosting family income of the rural population held at Oak Pon Village of Hinthata Township, Ayeyawady Region in the morning on 9th November.

At the ceremony, the Deputy Minister explained the work implementations of the ministry of Cooperatives and Rural Development and provided 15 million Kyats of VDP Fund and the industrial equipment and tools to the outstanding trainees and a Village elder extended word of thanks.

Afterward, the deputy minister inspected Khon Gyi concrete Bridge construction project, Nga Wun River embankment retaining work and road gravel laying work in Laymyathna Township.

Next, the Deputy Minister attended the ceremony of handing over fund for the Village Development Project (VDP) and providing industrial equipment and tools for the outstanding trainees held at Pan Taw Gyi Village of Laymyathna Township. Afterward, the Deputy Minister inspected rural development works, gave necessary instruction and coordinated requirements.
